Research In The Performance Evaluation On Network Ticketing System Of Highway Passenger Transportation In Chongqing

In recent years, the network ticketing system of highway passenger transportationhas been established in many cities of China with the rapid development oftransportation informationization. The system aims to solve the problems that caused bythe slow development of present network ticketing system in highway passengertransportation, including that it is unable to obtain ticket information through the presentsystem so that passengers have to buy tickets in ticket hall. Chongqing has joined in theteam of establishing the network ticketing system in2011. And it has set up a networkticketing system of highway passenger transportation that combined sixty passengerstations through network. This has improved the service level of highway passengertransportation in Chongqing. However, the system is still in the initial stage, it isnecessary to know the performance of the system after it has been built. And it has apractical significance to give a scientific and objective performance evaluation on thenetwork ticketing system of highway passenger transportation in Chongqing.In this paper, it made the references to the performance evaluation of networkedticketing performance evaluation that related to the evaluation index system,summarized the network ticketing performance evaluation index system constructionprinciples, and combed the evaluation index, the paper built a set of simple and suitableperformance evaluation index of the system combined with the practical situation of thesystem in Chongqing. Additionally, it elaborated the definition and connotation of theindex.After checking the current performance evaluation model, advantages,disadvantages and applicable range of existing evaluation model summarized andcompared. Found that most of the existing performance Evaluation model to use theFuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method which is relatively single. After analysis andfound that the grey system theory that had focused on "unclear denotation, connotationand evaluation objects” and with characteristics of grey and networking ticketingsystem itself also has the obvious gray characteristics. So, this paper argues that graycomprehensive evaluation method based on grey system theory is more suitable for theperformance evaluation of networked ticketing. To build the grey comprehensiveevaluation method and Analytic hierarchy process by the combination of Internet ticketsales performance evaluation model. At the same time, in view of the AHP to determinea weight is static, impact evaluation scores do not reflect the differences. Therefore, thispaper also introduced the Entropy value Method of AHP to determine weights adjustment, empowerment do static and dynamic empowerment combined effect.Finally, the empirical evaluation on the performance of Chongqing highway transportnetworking ticketing research and the evaluation results were analyzed and summarized.Then, based on the problems existing in the course of Chongqing highway passengertransportation network ticket is that put forward the corresponding improvementmeasures and suggestions.Through empirical study that gray comprehensive evaluation method forperformance evaluation of networked ticketing is scientific, feasible, and the evaluationresults with Chongqing highway passenger transportation the actual performance of thebasic networking ticketing system, evaluation result believable. Bus terminal ornetworking ticketing system can related construction management departments toprovide theoretical basis.
