Now, the urban complex has the trends of become functional and compound with the larger personal usage rate. But, strengthen the compound and rate doesn't mean the improvement of the efficiency. The consumer behavior is not only determined by simply gather the business entity. The interactive of the consumer behavior and the commercial building figure (include in and out door space) has very important effect.My research is based on this phenomenal, the practices of architecture design and the related Investigation. This paper is inquiry the development of modern city complex from view of consumer behavior. And try to find out the relationship between the consumer behavior, culture and the figure of commercial building. Then, take the related architectural design practice. The main idea is below:1. Description the resent development of city commercial complex form view of National economic growth and high commodity market developments.2. Investigate the process of the consumer behavior and elements of purchase decision. Then find out one of the key factors of combination and upgrade of commercial complex functional space from the market transactions and consumer environment.3. Used the behavior theory to investigate the commercial complex of LiJiaChun and the Wanda Plaza, to find out the relationship of the two.4. Consumer behavior and commercial building space (urban complex) spatial characteristics which influenced by consumer culture5. Architectural practice of Xi'an Minle Gardern commercial complex design. Finally, to explore the interaction between related factors on consumer behavior and business building complex interspaces. Then, summarize the spatial characteristics of consumption. In complying with the design principles, appeal to take attention of the internal space figure must to respond to consumer behavior and other related elements, can provide Theoretical basis and efficient reference of architectural practice.
