With its intensive and efficient organization mode,urban commercial complex has become the standard of modern urban development,showing strong competitiveness and broad development prospects.Due to the continuous improvement of the level of consumer demand,the competition among the same types is increasingly fierce.Therefore,in the complex environment of urban commercial complex,it is particularly important to study the efficient use of space under the influence of consumer demand and behavior.The research object of this paper is the internal space of business.Firstly,through the research background and the development at home and abroad,this paper discusses the influence of consumer demand and behavior on space from the characteristics of consumer behavior and "behavior environment",and further determines the rationality and scientificity of the internal space of business and the influence space of consumer behavior from the perspective of consumer behavior Secondly,through questionnaire and interview,the paper selects Wanda Plaza of Urumqi high tech Zone to conduct on-the-spot investigation on the consumer demand and behavior of Wanda business place in high tech Zone.On this basis,it analyzes the basic composition of the consumer use spatial characteristics of high tech Wanda Plaza,and quantifies the spatial characteristics under the influence of consumer demand and behavior Description.On the other hand,with the help of SPSS software,this paper analyzes its spatial characteristics and related behavior patterns,summarizes the correlation between consumerbehavior and commercial spatial characteristics,spatial organizations’ distribution characteristics and internal mechanism of consumer behavior in space,and makes comprehensive evaluation and analysis of commercial internal space.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,from the functional and spatial level,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of urban commercial complex internal space model to meet the needs and behaviors of consumers.The research will help deepen the understanding of the spatial behavior law of commercial complex,provide reference for the future spatial optimization,and provide basis for the improvement of planning scheme and decision-making.
