Baiyangdian Wetland is the effect between water systems and land systems in a long time. Particular ecosystem and substance circle,special soil types, washy environment are the main three factors that were composed wetland. Now, the study on the wetland mainly focus on the function of wetland,the framework of wetland ecosystem, the needing water of wetland ecosystem,water quality and contamination of wetland, water resource status and the trend of change,and so on. But the study on the wetland ground water systems and the connection between surface water and ground water in wetland are scarce.Baiyangdian Lake plays a significant role in the flood control in catchment, water storage, fish and reed production and maintaining ecological balance, not only has high ecological value, but also high social and economic values. In recent years, Baiyangdian Lake has been facing threatens mainly coming from draught and pollution. Because of the high intensity exploitation of water resources within the upstream basin and the climate drought, it has suffered frequent drying up, deterioration of ecological environment, reduction of area and destruction of biodiversity. Therefore, the changes in baiyangdian wetland water storage capacity of research, analysis forecasts and take corresponding measures to control has great theoretical and practical significance. And the water level as the guideline of reflect water resource change become the main object of study.For shallow lake wetland in north china,because of the decrease of upriver water resource,and the needing water of industry, agriculture and people living lead to ground water suffer has suffered excessive exploitation, which make not only the threat that the chance which wetland face to drying up increase, but also the connection between the surface water and ground water in wetland become more complicative. Systemic study the connection between the surface water and ground water in wetland,the supply and receive connection between the surface water and ground water in wetland and the effect that ground water exploitation to the deposition water, which has important theory and practical meaning to the wetland protection and the rational distribution of Water Resources in Baiyangdian Lak. This paper aim at this instance, take the ground water resouse and the movement rules as the core, mainly revel the water level change and the connection between the surface water and ground water in wetland. This paper studies in the following aspects:(1)A brief introduction of the geographical position,hydrology geology, atershed and climate, soil and vegetation, historical evolvement society and economy, and water resource status.(2) The base data of study area were consummated, sorted out and studied. Such as the runoff, floods,rain,groundwater and other aspects annual change. Then on the base of four water transform theory, discuss in depth the ground water form and movement rules theory, analyze the connection between the surface water and ground water in wetland.(3)Base on the hydrology geology status ambitus and the groundwater level data in baiyangdian wetland.The thesis establish grey GM(1,1) model to predict the evaporation feeding flow and out flow seepage water and so on. Then set up bp neural network simulate forecast the area's underground water level base on the data that the GM(1,1) model has predicted.(4) Summarize this paper's conclusion and the deficiency in the study, provide the suggestion to the study work after time.
