Dynamic Conversion Mode And Price Of Water Rights Research

This paper studies out an achievement of the water rights dynamic conversion mode suited to China by using water resources, economics, management, game theory and other subjects analyzing the dynamics of the water rights conversion factors.Menwhile,it is also on the analysis and understanding of water rights, water markets, water rights conversion and water rights price theory. And we would make the water rights price mode of the water rights dynamic conversion mode to provide a strong theoretical basis for guiding our dynamic conversion of water rights work so as to implement the conversion of Chinese water rights smoothly.In this paper made the following findings and conclusions:First, we could studies out the dynamic conversion mode of the water rights suited for Chinese current situation by drawing on domestic and international water rights conversion mode and water rights conversion practice,analyzing the theories of water rights, water markets, water rights conversion and water rights price and exploring the dynamic factors affecting the water rights conversion.Second, we study the organization system of the dynamic conversion mode of the water rights and the conversion bridges-establishing and regulating the water markets,the composition and supervision of the dynamic conversion price of water rights. We also make a detailed analysis of the security system for the dynamic conversion mode of water rights.Third, we make an in-depth study on the dynamic conversion price of water rights,which is an important component of the dynamic conversion mode.When we analyze the initial water rights price and the dynamic conversion price of water rights influence factors, a conclusion is made that the initial water rights price is consist of the water resources price, engineering water price and environmental water price. So, we make the initial water rights price mode and the calculation mode of water resources price by using the statutory right of AHP gray clustering method. The water rights conversion price model was made by using cost accounting method, while using bargaining theory to build the dynamic conversion model of the water rights price.Fourth, referring to the example of the reservoir named wang ge du in Yulin city, we use the dynamic conversion model of water rights as a guide to explore a procedure of the dynamic conversion model of the water rights suited to the reservoir named wang ge du in Yulin city. And we reckon the initial water rights price and the dynamic conversion of water rights price of the reservoir.Meanwhile,we should research the transaction management and the transaction platform of the water rights conversion about the reservoir named wang ge du in Yulin city.It aims at providing guarantee for the dynamic conversion of water rights of the reservoir named wang ge du in Yulin city so as to running smoothly.Finally,the system summarizes the work and research achievement of this paper and proposes advice for improvement and new technology research are as.
