Optimization Design Of The Reticulated Shell Structure

In recent years, with the rapid development of large-span space structure,applications of shell structure is expanding.)Shell structure with mechanical behavior is reasonable, bearing structure and support system-one, a more rational use of material advantage, so widely applied in sports, civil and medium-sized industrial buildings.In the large span building structures, shell structure has many properties,such as light weight, reasonable structure, beautiful shape, good mechanical, and easy on-site construction to mount a large-span structures are broad prospects for development in the form of the structure.Structural optimization and structural design of the traditional theoretical follow the same design, the only difference is that traditional design has no clear measure.The optimal design has a clear measure (the smallest volume, lowest cost, etc.) Therefore, optimization has practical significance, make the structure's reliability and economy to achieve rational unity.In this paper, completed a single spherical shell model with ANSYS, and static analysis, stability analysis and time history analysis were carried out, the structural deformation and stress intensity were extracted in order to compare the results with the optimized.Considering the overall while the structure of space was optimized and a realistic model was established,the structure was optimized with ANSYS.Make the minimum volume as the objective function, consider the strength, stiffness, deflection and other constraints to optimize the design.After optimization , the structural deformation and stress intensity were extraced.The results show that the total volume decreased by almost 20%.That reflected the optimization was rational and economical.In this paper, single-layer reticulated shell structure was optimized,and the static and dynamic analysis of the optimized structure were carried out,it has reference value to optimal design and analysis of similar construction.
