Recently, with the development of highway of our country and grandness of automobile industry, a little higher active safety performance in automobile is remanded. Nowadays, The main research on active safety performance is the subject based on such characteristics as advanced electronics, communication and information technology., and there exist so many phenomena about automobile electronics products, for example the more quantities of electronic device, the complexity of electronic control circuit, the confusion of layout and fragmentation of system function, consequently, automobile electronic system integration research is needed by considering system engineering.Automobile anti-lock braking system is standard configuration, while tire pressure monitoring system is popularity in automobile. The main research emphasis of this article is to build a integrated control system using wheel sensor signal as the corresponding point of system fusion.The article puts forward a technical scheme for ABS and TPMS system fusion. The specific implementation scheme is that:First, By building mathematical models of system and using classical control theory and adopting MATLAB tool, the article explained the theoretical practicality of ABS and TPMS system fusion.Second, The article is detailed introduction on the software and hardware design of subjects. Hardware aspects principally analyze the design of wheel speed signal collection circuit, electromagnetic valve driven circuit etc. software aspects designed systematic main program, wheel speed, vehicle speed and tire longitudinal rigidity subprogram etc. Meanwhile system used 32 bit TMS320F2812 processor of TI company to realize data collection software and hardware design practicality.Final, systematic software and hardware function is tested by means of semi-physical simulation. The results show that ABS and TPMS system fusion technology preliminary establishment and that lay a foundation for further study of the system application.
