Brushless DC motor as the main components in electric cars, with high efficiency, high power density and good speed performance, is becoming an electric vehicle drive motor used in the choice. In the brushless DC motor development, production, operation in various stages of testing need to be a series of tests to get the motor physical parameters and performance indicators, the development of a brushless DC motor parameter measurement system has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, based on virtual instrument technology, brushless DC motor torque, speed of signal detection theory on the basis of the discussion, the general scheme of the detection system, hardware, software and other aspects of design and, based on detection of brushless DC motor parameters requirements, completed the electrical detection based on virtual instrument test system hardware design and testing of software. This mainly includes the following:First, brushless DC motor testing system overview of the development situation, described in detail brushless DC motor torque, speed detection principles and methods; Secondly, the analysis of the use of virtual instruments to achieve brushless DC motor testing requirements and points, electrical testing systems on the modular structure design of a data acquisition technology in the system to achieve the key issues; Finally, this system design brushless DC motor constructed experimental test platform for experimental testing of brushless DC motor, through the analysis of experimental results prove the accuracy of the system design, the detection system to achieve the desired design requirements.
