Since Reform and Open policy, China's economic system has switched away from planned economy to market economy. The economy in He Fei is developing rapidly in the tide of the reform; the per capita disposable income is continuing to increase, by 2009, He Fei city'GDP had reached 210.212 billions Yuan, per capita GDP reached 41543 Yuan, per capita disposable income was 17158 Yuan. In the composition of the GDP, the real estate was 10.853 billions Yuan, and the construction output was 26.450 billions Yuan. The construction and real estate output played a great role in GDP rise.The real estate prosperity promotes the hosing construction development. The quality of construction is greatly raised, the appropriate facilities are constantly improved, and the people's living conditions are greatly bettered, meanwhile, the housing market is beginning to diverge, the residents'income gap is becoming wide.'Select-neighbor-to-Resident'living style is reshaping the pattern of residential space. The abnormal living space differentiation phenomenon is looming. On this social background, This paper take the living space of He Fei as the research object, analyze the effect factors of He Fei city's living space expanding, portraits the traits of living space pattern, predict the trends of the living space differentiation divergent, study the external force mechanism, describe the positive and negative effects, and on this basis, I put forward practical measures, on the purpose of supplying some suggestions to improve the city's management level, to realize the social's stabilization and harmony. The urban economy, culture and psychological etc. factors result in city's living space differentiation. On the effects of consumption exclusion, policy and system exclusion, cultural and social connections exclusion etc. external mechanism, the low-income class is being marginalized gradually in the room resources allocation. The city's "roots" and "elite" excessive differentiation in residential space will take negative effects on man's psychology and welfare benefits, community management and development, the city's economy development, and social harmony or stability. The main contents can be divided into four modules: Module one:in this module, I describe the study significance of this issue, research methods, frameworks, thought thread, and describe the related research accomplishments in this field. When I introduce foreign studies results, I divide them into six parts on the standards of phase and school, the main contents including the representative scholars, the research theory and research methods, and the research's limitation or constrain etc. At the same time, in this module, I introduced the main point of view of Pierre Bourdieu's field-habitues theory, social exclusion theory, and population relocation theory, besides this, I describe the related concepts which are applied in this study.Module two:Based on the actual facts, I have researched the living space of He Fei. Firstly, I reviewed the history track of He Fei's living space development from liberation to now, including He Fei's basic situation, the real estate developments, I analyze He Fei's residential space from the industrial structure factors, translation factors, ecological environment factors, policies factors etc. Aspects. I describe He Fei's buildings differentiation in four administrative regions, different price levels differentiation and the resident's situation; I analyze the impact factors of living pattern, social background, external power mechanism and positive and negative functions in detail. Social exclusion is the external force of the living space differentiation. On the effects of social exclusion's leakage mechanism, the residential space development presents unbalanced development trend.Module three:I show my moral concerns to the residential segregation between the residents, analyze the possibility of convergence, and on this basis, I proposed control measures to eliminate adverse impact on living space differentiation.I use documentary method, the case interview and questionnaire methods to study. During an interview, I combined structured interviews and unstructured interviews. In the questionnaire survey, I use stratified sampling method. After the investigation, I have draw my conclusions as follows:in He Fei, housing price, income gap etc. have the greatest important influence on residential differentiation,while cultural factors have less influence, "rich areas" and "poor areas" begins to appear in the city, the isolation index is small, the phenomenon of living spatial differentiation presents initial signs.
