Frame-shear wall structure have the advantages of two structural forms, both to meet the requirements of large space frame structures and the requirements of shear wall stiffness, therefore, frame - shear wall structure play an important role.Push-over analysis is the use of an earlier analysis of foreign , and accurately assess the seismic performance. With the continuous improvement of scientific research and technology, Push-over analysis method has also been considerable development. Domestic use this method later, but this method has been widespread concern in industry, and has been greater prospects for development in recent years.This article describes the Push-over analysis of domestic and foreign research progress, and discusses its background. Push-over analysis method is mainly used in structural design for lateral capacity, and can evaluate the seismic performance. In fact, the method is static nonlinear analysis method, the article discusses the implementation of the method steps and types of analysis methods, such as: capacity spectrum method, displacement factor method, adaptive spectral analysis method, Q model, N2 method, and gives the method for determining the target displacement. As the force structure of the different methods of lateral load will be different, the article lists a variety of Push-over analysis of lateral modes, has to meet the practical engineering application.this paper introduces the displacement mode of frame-shear wall, and gives the frame-shear wall calculation model. Equivalent frame model for its calculation is simple, clear concept, which is widely used in practice, this has been improved on the equivalent frame model, its use expanded, and large-scale structural analysis software by sap2000 on frame -shear analysis of wall structure example, to verify its legitimacy and effectiveness.
