Since the frame-supported short-leg shear wall structure came out, the frame-supported short-leg shear wall structure won people's constantly affirmation and promotion, with its many advantages. This structure form relatively late, and its mechanical characteristics is clearly different from frame-supported shear wall and short-leg shear wall, theoretical study is still not perfect. In recent years, domestic scholars have made some theoretical studies on such a structural system, but unfortunately, most of the analysis on the structure is in frequent seismic action. As we know, under the rare earthquake, there may be some elements first to enter the plastic stage, the stiffness is no longer maintained, the calculation of this stage is very different from the elastic stage. Therefore, Push-over analysis on frame-supported shear wall structure under rare earthquake is particularly important. In order to study the bearing performance of frame-supported shear wall structure under the rare earthquake, provide reference to engineering design, the universal finite element analysis and design software SAP2000 was used to carry through Push-over analysis on framed-supported short-leg shear wall, under two levels of loading mode. The period, displacement, sequence of hinges and performance point are analysed. Combining the capacity spectrum method, evaluate structural seismic performance and weak layer. Meanwhile, change structure parameters, including stiffness of outside box, stiffness of the core box, stiffness of the frame columns, stiffness of the transfer floor structure, in order to get the seismic performance rule of frame-supported short-leg shear wall structure under the rare earthquake.
