It is an important part of group of hydro-turbine governing system, so hydro-turbine governing system dynamics is directly related to the merits of the quality of production efficiency and safety. During the operation of the hydraulic unit often external hydraulic or electrical disturbance, the stable condition of hydro-turbine will be breaked. There were minor fluctuations in the hydraulic unit within the transition process. So the turbine regulating system is always interested by the scholars and engineers.This paper established the 3-D visualization model of integrated turbine characteristic curve in the neural network toolbox of MATLAB. Through the analysis of the various the mathematical mode of the hydro-turbine governing system, this paper established the model of the hydro-turbine governing system in the MATLAB / Simulink toolbox for. By changing the turbine speed control system has been built in various parameters of simulation model to study the regulation of these parameters on the system. Finally, the parameters of governor were adjusted by the empirical formulas and orthogonal.After dealing with the neural networks, the characteristics surface reduced error and increased precision. At the same time, the neural network characteristic curve of integrated extension to enable the curve to the small opening, the direction of extension of low speed, the simulation of these are well positioned for the follow-up preparation. On MATLAB / Simulink toolbox for simulation model established under the simulation results show that the parameters of the turbine governor conditioning system and the theory is the same, while also illustrates the application of this method for turbine regulating system is feasible. Use of orthogonal tuning of governor parameters of conditioning system, enhancing the dynamic quality available, with reduced settling time, reduced the overshoot small.In this paper, neural network integrated turbine characteristic curves of three-dimensional visualization of modeling, and more accurate than traditional methods with intuitive features, and can always call the curve on any point of data of the simulation, to improve the accuracy of the calculation rate and efficiency. Using MATLAB / Simulink model can reflect the true Turbine's work, is an economic, reusable tools, worthy of further promotion.
