The vacuum metallurgical vessel is an equipment which is used in smelt high temperature alloy metal,special metal and semiconductor material, it is also play a very important part in aviation, astronavigation, military, computer ,nuclear power, energy and chemical industry field. The technical level of metallurgical vessel control system shows the development of the national smelt industrial.The system is used to control two vacuum metallurgical vessel, one is vacuum inductive graphite-sintered vessel, the other is vacuum inductive CVD vessel, and the system is also used to control the two equipments which are used to obtain the vacuum environment . superior PC use the industrial computer which have steady capability and powerful anti-jamming capability. The industrial computer can control the digital and analog quantity with port of COMl and COM2 .The communication bus use RS485 in which two end choice the RS485/RS232 adapter, so it can switch between the two kind of data transporting model.In the system the digital is controlled by PLC, digital is mainly used to control the switch data of pipeline in the vacuum system and metallurgical vessel and CVD vessel. The temperature control use the FP93 temperature meter which has the capability of communication and intelligence. The temperature control include the two vessel and the import gas heating. The other analog quantity is controlled by the intelligence module to input or output. This system choose intelligent module ADAM4017 (analog input module)and ADAM4024(analog output module). The temperature and flow mass is controlled by the closed loop-system , so that the controlling can be more accurate. To achieve the superior PC to inferior PC and ADAM module control, we use VB.The system has the function of protract curve with the real-time data of temperature, vacuum degree and the flow mass, and it not only can build up a data base which can real time record the situation of the inspect points ,but also can drawn the data from the data base all the time.The thesis particularly introduce the researching process of the controlling system,superior PC and PLC, FP93 temperature meter, ADAM intelligence...
