This thesis presents firstly the actuality of Computer supervise and contral system and the necessity of standardized construction., then introduces and analyzes the background, characteristics, content of IEC 61850 and its application in Computer supervise and contral system in detail. according to the functions of computer supervise and contral system,This thesis Divide system into 3 parts from logic general, namely substation layer , unit layer , course layer,defined 10 kinds of logic interface among 3 layers and introduced target's modeling method. The thesis discussed the implementation of IEC61850 to MMS finally.
