Design For District Dispatcher Training Simulator System

Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) is an important part of daqing electric power network dispatching automation system, and is the product of modem computer software and hardware technology in combination with electric power system analyzing technology. Following the larger scale of daqing electric power network, the more complex electricity net connection, and the more variable operation models, the problem on how to improve the specialized level of the dispatchers to control the normal accident from being more serious, is considered as the most active anti-accident measure by the control center. DTS becomes the powerful tool to train dispatchers, which will play more and more important role in the dispatching daily work.This thesis primarily studies the application and function of DTS. The regional power system DTS of this paper explored cuts some functions of traditional DTS, adds some regional electric power system's feature and lessens investment of hardware. Simulating the first and second equipments of the real system,using the data provided by power net EMS,through forming all kinds of models,the training artificial system for dispatching staff of western Mongolian net vividly recreated the real environment of the running of the power net. It not only can make the normal calculation of current,but also can make static and motional simulation calculation of all kinds of breakdown. This provided the basis for the dispatching staff to deal with the accidents and to arrange suitable running patterns. As the important part of this thesis, design DTS of the main transformers Protection devices installed. Then, it analyzes the application and actual performance of this system in the control center of electricity supply company.
