In this paper, using the CONSOLID SYSTEM including agent CONSOLID444 (C444) and powder SOLIDRY (SD) as the soil Stabilizer, to Chongqing and Guizhou region as the curing clay targets, carry out study on the Road Performance of the CONSOLID solidified soil, compared with the traditional lime-stabilized soil.Curing mechanism of the CONSOLID SYSTEM was discussed in depth. And through a series of indoor tests, study the different dosage combination of C444 and SD in the CONSOLID solidified soil to finalize the CONSOLID additives C444 and SD of the best dosage(agent C444—0.8 L/m3,powder SD—20 kg/m3). On this basis, carry out the test research and analysis of the saturated unconfined compressive strength, indoor resilient modulus, indirect tensile strength, volume expansion, CBR values, and impermeability, frost resistance, water stability, shrinkage performance of the CONSOLID solidified soil, compared with the traditional lime-stabilized soil. It proves that the CONSOLID solidified soil has good mechanical properties and durability.The CONSOLID solidified soil can increase the CBR value of 3 times or even three times, greatly exceeding the lime stabilized soil; compared to lime stabilized soil. The CONSOLID solidified soil has short solidification time and high early strength,it can greatly shorten the construction period, increase efficiency,and reduce costs. In addition, the CONSOLID stabilized soil can also have the use of recycled. The CONSOLID solidified soil can significantly reduce the expansion of the phenomenon of soil, significantly better than the lime stabilized soil. In the same curing conditions, the unconfined compressive strength of 7d, 28d, 90d, compressive modulus and splitting tensile strengths of the CONSOLID stabilized soil were significantly higher than the lime stabilized soil. The impermeability of the CONSOLID stabilized soil is better than lime stabilized soil, its permeability coefficient have reached the 10-6cm / s magnitude, and because that the strength of stabilized soil will continue to grow late, its permeability will be reduced accordingly, so can meet the general road works on the base material impermeability requirements. The CONSOLID solidified soil by five freeze-thaw cycles, the overall strength of its structure has not been destroyed, still retains a certain intensity, while the lime stabilized soil structure was severely damaged, and even the loss of the overall strength. So the frost resistance was improved by the CONSOLID SYSTEM, compared to lime stabilized soil.. In a short time after forming, the CONSOLID Solidified soil is not enough to form a water stable performance over lime stabilized soil link between grains, compared with calcareous soil, its early performance slightly improved water stability. Contraction in the same environmental conditions, with the exposure time of growth, the water loss, shrinkage strain of the CONSOLID Solidified soil were lower than the lime stabilized soil, indicating Consolid Solidified soil drying shrinkage than lime stabilized soil.A large number of tests and comparative analysis shows that: Using the CONSOLID solidified soil instead of the traditional cement (lime) Stabilized Soil Base has broad application prospects.It not only can greatly reduce project costs, improve project quality, but also in the conservation of land, environmental protection, also has far-reaching.
