There are great advantages of using semi-rigid base,such as strong bearing capacity,mature construction technology,etc.It will still be the main types base layer of highway and municipal road of our county at present or a long time in the future.Semi-rigid base couldn't maintain it's road performance advantages unless with integral structure.Basing a new kind of natural mineral type stabilizer,with the purpose of providing a new kind of road material,taking the 7days unconfined compressive strength as design index,ensuring the mixing ratio of cement stabilized soil.Research on micro surface of soil,cement stabilized soil,lime stabilized soil,cement & stabilizer stabilized soil with SEM respectively,so that can explore the mechanism of the stabilizers.Detect the 7 days unconfined compressive strength and CBR value of specimens with two levels of compaction degrees and three kinds of preservation methods,so that determine the appropriate preservation method for cement stabilized soil,and whether cement stabilized soil with stabilizer(be named as opposed to the benchmark cement stabilized soil without stabilizer)could be able to meet the requirement for base layer's materials of specification of China.Then use the appropriate preservation methods to health specimens,do a series of tests,such as water seepage test,freeze-thaw test,splitting strength test,compressive resilience modulus test,temperature shrinkage test,dry shrinkage test and fatigue test.The results show that the average inflation rate of CBR of contrast cement stabilized soil is 2.22%,CBR value is 132.4%;contrast cement stabilized soil meets the strength requirement of sub base layer and base layer of every level road in JTJ D34-2000,as well as meets the strength requirement of sub base layer of every level road,meets the strength requirement of base layer of all traffic levels of highway and first road in JTG/T F20-2015;method 3 is the most appropriate preservation method;unconfined compressive strength will be increased at least 20% when compaction degree is improved to 98% from 87.7%.Splitting strength is increased by 125% when stabilizer is used in compaction degree is 87.7%,that is19.2% when compaction degree is 98.0%.With stabilizer,compressive resilient modulus is increased by 5.8%;stabilizer can effectively reduce temperature shrinkage coefficient of contrast cement stabilized soil,so as to improve the resistance temperature shrinkage cracking performance;dry shrinkage coefficient of contrast cement stabilized soil is slightly less than benchmark cement stabilized soil;anti-cracking of contrast cement stabilized soil is 35.2%better than cement stabilized soil.Compaction degree meet the engineering design requirement,which show that the construction technology(in-stu splash cement,in-stu splash stabilizer,with water mixing with mixing machine on road)is feasible,can guarantee the compression degree requirement deflection value of contrast cement stabilized soil is all around 0.2mm,bearing capacity satisfy the design requirement,deflection pass percent is 100%.Further verify that the contrast cement stabilized soil can be popularized in technical feasibility,and application prospect is good.
