Recent years,The harm of acid rain is growing,mainly due to the increase of SO2,HF and other toxic gases of the air. The emissions of SO2 is mainly caused by industrial production, accounting for about 80%,which largely comes from power industry,about 800 million tons per year. So it can largely ease the state of out of control of SO2 that controlling the emissions of SO2 of power station and increasing the intendance.As the raising of environmental standards and environmental awareness, domestic coal-fired power plants are now considering desulfurization of flue gas, so the cheminey need new anti-corrosion liner. The composite materials (also known as FRP or glass fiber reinforced plastic) has light weight, high specific strength, excellent resistance to acid, alkali, oil and other excellent performance,so FRP is one of the best material for chimney liner. Since the development of FRP chimney liner of our country is late, The design gap between domestic and foreign is large, the design,manufacture and installation of FRP chimney liner is still blank. This paper is the rearch for structure analysis and optimal design of hanging FRP chimney liner. The main works are as follows:1. Determining the calculation parameters of structure layer according to the basis of experimental data and the related formula. Studying the method of calculation of various loads reference to relevant national standards.2. Studying modeling method of FRP chimney liner with Ansys. It is rational that simulating the composite materials with shell element shell99, ribs with beam element, actual shape of stiffener with custom cross-section method. Structural analysis is carried through applying 5 working condition for the established model, including stress intensity analysis and stability analysis. An entire set of method of FRP chimney liner analysis is completed by Ansys. Mastering deformation and stress and strain distribution of FRP chimney liner in 5 load combinations. We will have scientific predictions of the part of bulking of FRP chimney liner.3. Optimal design of structural layer of FRP chimney liner. According to the characteristics of FRP winding process and manufacturing experience of large diameter FRP ductwork,proposing seven kinds of forms of structural layer. Mastering deformation and stress and strain distribution of FRP chimney liner with which analyzing and checking repeatedly by Ansys.Finally, determining the final laminated strueture plan.
