Research On Subjectivity In Military Technological Innovation

With the trend of new military revolution, counties form the world has placed military technological innovation in a very important position in order to seize the commanding heights of future high-tech warfare information and compete the 21st century initiative. However, with the development of science and technology, especially the development of dual-use technology, subjectivity in the technological innovation rendering the trend of diversification. This paper start from the elements of subjectivity in the military technological innovation, analysis architecture of military technological innovation on the context of civil-military integration, dicussed the basic characteristics of Civil-Military technology innovation, with the increasing degree, range and level of so called "Civil-Military Integration". This paper also analysised different features and functions on different scopes of Military Technological Innovation, reveals the evolution mechanism of military subjectivity innovation. studied incentive mechanism of military subjectivity innovation from government, property rights, markets and corporate culture, Particularly the strategic alliance of military technological innovation and the mechanisms of "R&D" integration. In the end, paper focus on the development status of subjectivity in the technological innovation on our country, propose recommendation which conducive to promoting our country subjectivity innovation in the military technological.
