| As the important method of new-type urbanization in China, industrializedconstruction has the features of building standardization, modular production,construction mechanization, etc. These features lead to the advantages to lean design,and to make project fast, good quality, environment friendly and resource cost saving.Therefore, the development speed of industrialized construction should be vigorouslypromoted nowadays.Industrialized construction has technical advancement, which is influenced byconstruction innovation level prominently. And the improvement of constructioninnovation level improves the innovation performance of industrialized constructiontechnology. Cooperation is needed to integrate innovation resources to accelerateindustrialized construction innovation. Therefore, the thesis studies the collaborativeinnovation relationship of industrialized construction technology based on socialnetwork analysis, from the perspective of stakeholders. And reasonable suggestions onhow to promote collaborative innovation ability of industrialized constructiontechnology are put forward.Industrialized construction development is influenced by construction innovationlevel. Construction innovation focuses on cooperation ability, which integratesinnovation resources through cooperation to accelerates industrialized constructioninnovation. The thesis studies the influence of stakeholders’ interactions oncollaborative innovation of industrialized construction technology. And the model pathcoefficients represents the interaction intensity among construction stakeholders.Based on previous research, the connotation of industrialized construction, thecollaborative innovation theory of technology, and social network theory, etc. aresummed up. Social network analysis is sued to explain the collaboration innovationrelationship of industrialized construction, from both network tie and network structureperspective.Innovation subjects are pointed out, to construct collaborative innovation measuremodel of industrialized construction technology by social network analysis method. Inthe model, the dependent variable is the innovation performance of industrializedconstruction. The independent variables include interaction frequency, emotionalintensity, reciprocal exchange, network scale, network density and centrality. Theintermediary variables are tie strength, network location, and promotion condition,andthe moderating variables are enterprise scale, nature of business and experience.The questionnaire is designed by measurement scale method based on hypothetical relations, and185valid questionnaires are collected. The case study is conductedaccording to collected sample data, using Amos for further model verification andcorrection by eliminating variables which are not significant, and to measure both theeffect and its significance level of that how interaction relationship between innovationsubjects influences. And the modified model testing is in ideal level.According to the measurement model, key factors of innovation capability arefurther explored. Reference proposals are made for improving collaborative innovationcapability of industrialized construction technology in three dimensions of promotionconditions, tie strength and network locations. |
