Commercial high-power induction cooker is generally 5-20kW, the high demand in line with current national policy of energy conservation-oriented, and has broad market prospects. Resonant inverter is a critical component of high-power induction cooker, its development level and high-power induction cooker induction heating technology and development, application closely related. Based on the design to reduce electromagnetic interference, developing non-polluting, less pollution, high-power induction cooker, induction cooker on high-power inverter resonant mode to conduct research on the series resonant inverter working condition and is running a detailed theoretical and simulation analysis, and completed the appropriate software and hardware design. The following major elements:Of the series, parallel resonant inverter work characteristics, determine the high-power inverter series resonant induction cooker overall program, analysis of series resonant inverter load equivalent circuit, completed the single-phase half-bridge voltage inverter architecture.Completed a high-power induction cooker series resonant inverter main circuit parameter calculation and hardware design. According to the system's operational requirements and the structural characteristics of the main circuit, calculated LC filter circuit, the resonant capacitance, the resonant inductor and the parameters of IGBT power devices, and calculated the parameters of the relevant device selection. According to the system of power control and circuit protection needs, designed to protect the dead-time control circuit, IGBT drive and isolation circuit, over-current voltage protection circuit, high frequency current detection circuit and snubber circuit protection, the fuzzy control method for inverter soft-start design.Established using simulation software IsSpice inverter series resonant half-bridge model, the simulation analysis to determine the series resonant half-bridge resonant inverter, the introduction of its simulation debugging data to the actual project, theoretical analysis results proved consistent with the actual working conditions.Design and produced a high-power induction cooker series resonant inverter prototype, and debug, test result analysis, conclusion. In the prototype production process, from the prototype structure, chassis materials, components, and PCB traces placed fully considered high-power induction cooker series resonant inverter EMI interference.
