| Induction heating has many advantages compared with traditional heating. The technology of induction heating has been applied in many industry fields nowadays. And the power supply of induction heating device is very important.In this paper, a 2KVA experimental device of 30kHz superaudio series resonant induction heating power supply is designed for wire heating, and some problems concerned are put forward. The development, present status, principle and model of induction heating power supply are explained detailed.Based on the above-all study, the design and experiment of experimental device has been completed, including power circuit, control circuit, IGBT buffer circuit, sampling circuit, protecting circuit and driving circuit. SG3525 has been selected as controller to control the inverter. And it's control method is frequency variety control.In this paper, the results of the experiment is given, it is shown that the experimental device meets the demand of keeping work-performance stabilization and better output waveforms.
