Research On The New Construction Of Filter Quick Opening Blind Plate Head With Use Of D-Section Bolts And Double "O"-Rings

The filter blind head structure belongs to a part of pressure vessel cover sealing technology, as required more frequent disassembly, and with the filters blind plate applications, the use of an increase in demand increases and sealing technology development, fast switching cover seal technology is gradually applied to design of blind structure.This paper firstly analyses home and abroad several typical filters quick-opening blind structural features and bearing properties, and on the filters home and abroad quick-opening blind structural application of the status and problems, presents a new type of filters quick-opening blind structure:new construction of filter quick-opening blind plate head with use of D-section bolts and double "O" rubber seal rings. The salient features of the structure is:the D-bolts which in the gap of the high-neck flange and cap connect the high-neck flange and cap, sealing ring supports the care of two "O" ring to achieve the unit self-energized seal. Filter lid open and close process, simply rotate D-bolt 180°can be realized the high-neck flange and cap connection and separation, sealing ring, it will not care removed from the default location, this operation is simple. At the same time, the high-neck flange and the cap straddle the screw hole can be completed a one-time processing, manufacturing is simple and convenient.In this paper, the characteristics of the new structure described, and its load-bearing status of the theoretical calculations and analysis, and numerical simulation analysis using finite element method, and test results with the experimental device of the comparative analysis, also successfully completed seal feasibility test of the physical model. The study of this paper show that the new D-bolt double "O" ring filter plate with open and close easily, bearing reasonable, compact, reliable and low cost manufacturing characteristics, etc, in addition to gas, the structure is also suitable for all kinds of pressure and size of other similar occasions sealed container roof, have certain theoretical and practical engineering significance.
