| This paper designed and built a cold fluidized bed test platform; installed the pressure measuring points on wall surface of the wind cap's air entrance in order to overcome the pressure measuring points installed in the furnace wall wear serious problems. To collected the static pressure from the surface of the wind cap's air entrance through the pressure fluctuation signal acquisition system. Uses wavelet de-noising method to de-noise effectively to the pressure fluctuation signal; uses the power spectrum method and multi-scale analysis of wavelet theory and the theory of wavelet packet analysis carried out flow circulating fluidized bed boiler characteristics. Through the analysis of experimental results found that, after wavelet packet decomposition for the pressure fluctuation signal, the power spectrum of the p31 node, can reflect the fluidized bed under different conditions of the working state. |
