The dynamic characteristics of gas-solid fluid mainly including the voidagedistribution, pressure distribution, gas velocity and particle velocity, haveobviously influence on the combustioning, heat transfer, pollutant formation andthe control in the Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)boiler. They also affect thestability and economy of the equipment performance. Considering the conditionof our laboratory room, in this article my work mainly focus on pressuredistribution and voidage distribution.This article is take part in a (high3000millimetre, the transversedimensions for280mm×300mm, the size of chamber export is100mm×300mm) cold circulating fluidized. In this experiment we use the original bed modelin the laboratory. On the basis of the original model, we collect the data by usingprocedures Labview, realize the data real-time display and record the pressure ofeach point in the CFB model, write a data processing program about the dataprocessing and playback. Based on this observation circulating fluidized bedunder different working conditions and operation conditions, we study the staticpressure, voidage etc operation parameters for the experiment. In this article, the mainly part introduce the test system, including the bedbody parts such as the size of model, the fan, cyclone separator, in this clausepresents the principle of the experiment, the experimental plan, the measurementsystem, data processing method. At the end, we get the right experiment result andconclusion.The experiments of different working conditions normal condition orexceptional cases experimental phenomena and operation parameters of a carefulobservation and record analysis three different particle size materials (40-60mesh,60-80mesh,100-120mesh) different material place high (100mm,140mm,180mm) under the pressure of the bed distribution and space distribution and arate of air volume relationship.The results of this article shows: the pressure profile of the axial directionand voidage profile are uniformity.The pressure distribution and voidagedistribution in the lower dense-phase region have more larger change and in theupper dilute-phase region have small change and the overall distributions presentexponential function distribution.The impact factors on the pressure distributionand voidage distribution are also obtained. Through the analysis, it is concludedthat the chamber pressure distribution and impact of air void several factors, andthe conclusion shows that which factor on the pressure on the most obviously.
