| Since the implementation of our long-standing urban-rural dual system, split between urban and rural exchanges and contacts, resulting in widening income gap between urban and rural residents, rural infrastructure and public services, lack of infrastructure, low level of social services in rural areas, rural living environmentDecline of the embarrassing situation.In order to improve production and living conditions of farmers, promoting positive interaction relations between urban and rural areas, the central timely put forward the "construction of new rural communities," this major initiative.Construction of new rural communities in the process, Shandong Province, Zhucheng, Huantai County Maqiao, Junan County and other areas, each exploring the development of rural areas in the region for the model, as a new model for rural communities in planning and construction.In this paper, the theory and practice of guidance at home and abroad, on the new rural community planning factors, planning the main features of the main points were analyzed, and the stage of the development of new rural communities and to explore the spatial distribution pattern; the theoretical foundationon Zhucheng, Ma, Junan analysis of three development models, and detailed analysis of the characteristics of its development background and experience;then, the development of models based on the three natural conditions, economic and social development level of development conditions, and new rural communitiesplanning elements, the three regions developed new type of rural community development planning strategies accordingly; Finally, another of the new rural community planning for implementing recommendations.As the new rural communities is difficult to find a common programming model, this article only hope that through research, find out a promotion plan can be thought, for other areas of new rural communities to provide reference for planning and construction. |
