Research On The Planning And Design Of New Rural Community In North Jiangsu Province

In the context of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the Central Committee has paid close attention to the rural development issues in the No.1 document for nearly20 consecutive years.The three rural issues have always been the key issues of the party’s work.The construction of new rural communities is not only the foundation of Rural Revitalization and development,but also an important part of promoting rural strategy.In recent years,Jiangsu has actively responded to the call of the state,continuously deployed important work such as building characteristic rural areas and improving farmers’ housing conditions in Northern Jiangsu,and has completed the housing improvement of 300000 farmers in Northern Jiangsu in three years.The goal is to comprehensively improve farmers’ housing conditions in Northern Jiangsu by2035.Under such a background of rural development,this paper will take the traditional settlements,folk houses and some new rural communities in Northern Jiangsu as the main research object,and explore the planning and design ideas of new rural communities under the background of Rural Revitalization from various angles,which is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of rural areas.Firstly,this paper theoretically discusses the physical geography,human environment and economic characteristics of Northern Jiangsu,as well as the regional village culture formed under this influence.Then,through literature,field research and previous understanding,it analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of traditional settlements in Northern Jiangsu,as well as the characteristics of folk houses in Northern Jiangsu during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,after liberation and before the construction of new countryside.Secondly,referring to the drawings of some representative new rural communities that have been built or not,and conducting field research,this paper analyzes,extracts and summarizes them from the perspective of planning,architecture and landscape,points out the problems existing in the current construction of new rural communities and the needs of villagers,and obtains the planning and design strategies of new rural communities in Northern Jiangsu.Finally,taking the "new community planning and design project of Longyao village,Dafeng District,Yancheng City" designed by the author as an example,the design strategy proposed above is implemented into the actual project,and the existing deficiencies are appropriately improved and supplemented.Under the guidance of regional design concept,a new rural community planning and design scheme with regional characteristics and in line with the characteristics of the times is designed.This paper hopes to study and analyze the relevant problems in the design of engineering projects,try to summarize some planning and design methods for practical problems,and apply them to practice,so as to provide theoretical and technical support for the construction of new rural communities in the future.
