Study On Spatial Different Of City Livability Of Changchun And Harmonious Space Prospect

Nowadays, our country is accelerated development of urbanization, many aspects that affect economy and the living of residents are changing intensity. Fast urbanization make the problem on energy consumption and environment for human settlement worsen. With the development of society and economy rising, level of requirement of living of residents which particularly lie in the seek on human settlements all the time are advance incessantly. The question the aim of living of residents concern with is getting nearer to "people"-real subject of cities. Residents even GOV have attention on city livability and sustainable development.It is complicated to analyze the influence of city livability, which has both universal and unique characteristic. With the enactment of city livability standard, we have an universal standard to evaluate city livability in which it is important to analyze the practical condition of every city. From the view of geology, it is easy to find that spatial different of city livability has became the key issue in our daily life, Since citizens always want to pursue the best living condition, we have to put city livability in the first place for the study of city plan into the first place in order to solve the reality problem and create the harmony in the specifically city.Since 2008, Changchun was built the Overall Concept about Ecological Livable City. Face to the space different of City Livability, study on it must break away this present period of simple evaluation. As the operation mode and presentation of complex things are embraced, study on in-depth analysis on phenomenon and production mechanism is especially important. heavy industry city and north forest city-Changchun, with urbanization, has emerged as infrastructure lag, living condition divided so much urban problem. that is because of the expend of city space.Not only the effort on livable city will improve spring city charm,it also has pull effect. This paper will study on the different of city livability from four aspect below.(1) The first part explains the subject background, the international and our country study development, the outline and technology of study, as well as some related theory of city livability.(2) The second part analyze and evaluate the city livability from the view of various area function, center-edge, old-new region of city.(3) The third part indicates the difference of Changchun city livability, in which it also analysis the formation mechanism.(4) The forth part is to bring the strategy of city construction in various area constructions, special city structure and so on from the view of city livability based on the object of the harmony construction of Changchun.
