With the useful life of the building growing, more and more buildings are above or close to its design working life. Some degree of certain security risks exist in these buildings, so we need to re-identify their security, reliability and durability. When the identification results of a performance does not meet any regulatory requirements, the buildings need for technical processing, one way to deal with is by the maintenance reinforcing methods to meet carrying capacity limit state or normal use limit state function requirements. This paper mainly analyzes and researches bonded steel reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams from different aspects by the ANSYS finite element software, which has reference value on bonded steel reinforcement design. This paper is mainly on the following job:1,Analyzing reinforced concrete beams without glued steel plates and with glued steel plates of different widths in integral models, this paper compares three cases of maximum stress and maximum displacement of reinforced concrete beams without glued steel plates and with glued the steel plates widths of 50mm and 150mm by ANSYS calculated results, and reaches that steel reinforcement plays an important role in the contribution characteristics of increasing beam bearing capacity and decreasing beam displacement;2,Through carrying out separate analysis of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with glued steel, this paper researches the deformations and internal forces of the steel plate and the rebar and the development of the crack of reinforced concrete beams strengthened by steel plate before and after under the static load, then compares the separate analysis results and norms to observe the reaching level between them;3,Frequency variation of reinforced concrete beams strengthened by steel plate before and after is researched, through which the bending mode of variation is observed;4,The change values of displacement and the changes of internal forces of rebar of reinforced concrete beams under earthquake action before and after reinforcement are analyzed, and the change characteristics of internal forces of steel plate at different time are researched. The results indicate that the static properties and dynamic properties of reinforced concrete beams strengthened by steel plate are significantly improved.Through the integral model analysis it shows that steel reinforcement obviously improves mechanical properties of reinforced concrete beams. In separate models, static analysis can clearly reflects the internal stress condition of reinforced concrete beam, which is consistent with the standard calculation; In modal analysis, after the strengthening of reinforced concrete beams the natural frequencies have increased at different degree; Under earthquake action, the internal force of the reinforced concrete beam which is strengthened is increased and the deformation is decreased.
