Asphalt pavement has been widely used in road construction, due to good pavement performance.According to statistic, in China, highways in more than 95% have been builted by asphalt pavement. In summer season, ordinary asphalt pavement is easily produce rutting, on the traffic loads. Not only can rutting cut down the life of asphalt pavement, but also reduce the service quality of asphalt pavement, which brings greatly losses to the national economy. In the first, optimum asphalt content of gap-graded asphalt mixture and AC-13 gradation with anti-rutting agent was given and Rutting Resistance affacting on Marshall test results was analyzed, in the paper, by the methed of Marshall Compaction Test.Next, the influence factors of Anti-rutting performance of gap-graded asphalt mixture was analyzed in cases of different gradation composition, rolling times, temperatures and contents of anti-rutting agent at the term of high-temperature, in the laboratory. Test results indicated that adding proper coarse aggregate (≧ 4.75mm) and powder contents would play occluding and wedging role in aggregate mixture. The optimal asphalt contents in Marshall test were higher 0.1%~0.3% than those in the wheel tracking test. Optimal contents of anti-rutting agent were equal to 0.3% in case of no adding asphalt contents. In the paper, the influence factors of AC-13 gradation with anti-rutting agent were also analyzed in cases of different gradation compositions, rolling times and contents of anti-rutting agent at the term of high-temperature, which was compared with AC-13 Asphalt Mixture.Test results showed that the dynamic stability (DS) value of AC-13 gradation with anti-rutting agent was higher than AC-13 Asphalt Mixture, raising the minimum range of 135%. The high temperature rutting resistance performance of AC-13 gradation with anti-rutting agent can be improved, when it dose form dense skeleton structure. In the best conditions of asphalt content, the best dosage of AC-13 gradation with anti-rutting agent is 0.4%. High temperature stability, Anti-rutting agent...
