Study On The Construction Of Mountain Park With Ecological Restoration In Fujian Province

Fujian is a hilly province which is with abundant mountain resource. But due to the rapid development of economic construction, unreasonable exploitation resulted in worsening environment and poor economic benefit; meanwhile, the elements like over-logging and so forth bring the hills about serious soil erosion and pressing ecological condition. When the circumstance of mountains, which is the main landform of Fujian, takes a bad turn, its surroundings are also affected. Therefore, it is very important to study the mountains'ecological restoration and recycle. From the perspective of architecture, the best landscape should be attached to mountains. The landscaping of existing low-yield forest region and its rich natural and cultural sceneries could be used to build Mountains Park. It is not only a significant method to realize the ecological restoration, but also meaningful to improve the environment and the consistency of ecology. Mountains landscape projects would create wonderful and delightful open spaces which could meet the citizens'willings of pursuing to return to nature. Its construction is hence with rather important social meaning.The thesis centers on the ecological restoration theory. It implemented the theory in designs of mountains projects in order to realize those purposes of improving the consistency of ecology, beautifying mountain and setting up recreation site which combined taking leisure, sightseeing and exercice together. Founding on an analysis both of the branch of Restoration Ecology and mountains Park Construction's theoretical research and practical experience, the paper pointed out the parks building requirements, such as general planning principles, functions, layout and so on; meanwhile, it started a study on those views of plant, waterscape, path, building, etc. The issues of those were reflecting natural interests and emphasizing the construction philosophy, which required an integration of nature, were discussed from aspects of taking full advantage of local tree species to create sight featuring planting them, as well as fully using mountainous rainwater into ecological water plan, and also of making use of its own resources and characters.The thesis has done a research on the relationships among mountains landscape built as an open place, ecological conservation and economic development too. After analyzing negative and positive aftereffects between them, the princles applied to developmental pattern of landscape's economic forests along with its protection were brought forward, namely Interference Minimized, Recreational Carrying Capacity and Ecological Concept Integrating. All these has guilding meanings for protecting and developing landscape and promoting the sustainable development. The last, the thesis took the project plan of Yanshou Mountain Parks in Pinghe, Fujian as an example. From explaining Yanshou's planning principles, functional localization, plants community arrangement and its running status analysis, it concluded useful lessons for Fujian mountain garden.
