The residents who lived in the city are eager to return to nature, urban agriculture arises at the historic moment. The tourists of all ages love it, because of its good natural landscape and rural amorous feelings, and with a large tourist market and development space. At the same time, because the mountain is numerous, the process of agricultural industrialization is speeding. Mountain agricultural resources gradually are used, which raised a hot wave that the mountain urban agricultural park is planning. However, A series of problems are exposed in the construction, for example, the industrial chain is incomplete which leads to operation disorder, the excessive development affects the ecological balance, the landscape replication triggers culture lose, etc. These problems cause the designers and researchers thinking. In planning and construction of urban agricultural park, the dual development of agriculture and tourism make a link with landscape, agriculture, education, etc. How to increase the industry scale, enhance the landscape effect, improve the cultural connotation, which become a problems to be solved in the planning. This paper typed mountain urban agricultural park as the research object, by industry, landscape and ecology as the breakthrough point, summed up the planning ideas and methods for mountain urban agricultural park, for provide theoretical support for the further construction of the mountain urban agricultural park, and it can provide the practical guiding significance.This thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical research and practical research. The first part for the theoretical study mainly involved four chapters. Firstly, the research background and research status at home and abroad of mountain urban agricultural park were discussed, which is to grasp the overall direction of the research. Secondly, the research defined the relevant concepts, the classification, features and functions, which is to clear the object and scope. Thirdly, the research detail analyzed the industry planning, landscape planning, ecological protection planning, which is to obtain key points of the planning. The second part for practice research mainly discussed JuXiang mountain urban agricultural park as an example. In the process of planning and construction, on the basis of the first part for the theoretical research, First of all, the research explored agricultural resources, made the double analysis of land suitability and landscape constitution. It put forward the overall goals and planning ideas and image location. Moreover, the research made the general layout and specialized construction of mountain urban agricultural park, to achieve unified industry, landscape, ecological and to construct sustainable mountain urban agriculture park.This research concluded the planning theories and methods of mountain urban agricultural park to supplement and perfect the theoretical system. There were certain practical significances on accelerating the development of agriculture and tourism in urban agriculture zone, improving the environment problems, such as ecological destruction and cultural lack. At the same time, it can provide the corresponding guidance for the later planning and construction of mountain urban agriculture park.
