The thesis mainly studies the analysis, design and implementation of the simple power of geographic information systems within county-level administrative areas. The simple power of geographical information systems for county-level power supply enterprises to implement corporate geographic information management. several conventional methods of geographic information systems development discussions, analysis of the characteristics of a variety of ways. And summed up the current national county-level administrative areas suitable within the scope of universal, practical and applicable to the power of geographic information systems are developed. Discussed develop a relatively complete process of small-scale geographic information systems.Including basic coordinate system, vector graphics system, layer management system, three-dimensional graphics system, spatial query and measurements, and distributed in the various subsystems of the important data approach.Based on the analysis and implementation of county-level power supply enterprise GIS platform, concluded that the current developed from the bottom simple, practical and applied a simple geographic information system is practicable. Using a system developed in this way compared to other ways closer to the needs of users, the system can run without a common GIS platform support, running cost is low. Use of the inadequacies of this approach is the development of low efficiency, development difficulties, to develop the system difficult to implement complex functions.This thesis presents a county-level power supply enterprise GIS platform. The platform applies to county power enterprises routine business processes. Platform has a relatively strong versatile, applicable to most of the country. Platform has a certain efficiency, taking up a reasonable system resources. Platform to provide users with a simple mode of operation, and the system interface with decency.
