With the implementation of energy saving plan and electricity price bidding policy, lowing the produce cost and realizing the energy saving has become an urgent problem in the thermal power industry in our country. In order to keep the unit as a high-level operation state, the thermal economical performance of the unit is needed to obtain timely in the operation, and the factors that affect the normal operation of unit are needed to analyze and adjust. Because it can reflect each controllable parameter on the change of energy consumption rate, the energy-loss analysis is became one of the basic theory work which can realize the energy saving of the thermal power unit.Energy-loss analysis is that monitors and analyzes the key controllable parameters continuously, compares the actual value and target value of the parameters and calculates the influence of the unit's energy consumption rate for guiding the operation or maintenance timely and keeping the operation as a best state. Based on the cyclic functional method for analyzing the thermal economical performance of the unit, a 300MW thermal power unit is chose for studying quantitative energy-loss in this thesis, the main contents are as follows:(1) The significance of energy-loss analysis is described, the method sand the development of the status quo at home and abroad are summarized.(2) The determination method of the target values of the operation parameters is introduced. According to the features of the study object, different target value calculation model is determined.(3) Heat deviation analytical method is adopted, which is used to analyze the influences which the main operational controllable parameters have on the energy-loss of the power plant unit. The model is verified by the actual operational parameters of the boiler. (4) Based on the fundamental principle of the cyclic functional method, and combined with the advantages of the matrix expression, the matrix model of the main and each auxiliary cycles are established at the first time, the rules of filling this matrix are presented, the matrix model has the advantages of good generality and easy to be computerized, and simplify the calculate of the thermal power system. The correctness and applicability of this model is indicated by example in this thesis.(5) Based on the founded energy-loss analysis model, software for a thermal power unit is developed by using Visual Basic, Matlab and Access database, it can monitor operational parameters, calculate thermal economical performance indexes and analyze energy-loss of main parameters.
