The roadside greenbelt is closely related to people daily life because it is open, accessible, small scale and diversified.It plays a key role in beautifying city landscape and improving ecosystem. Along with raising the level of our economy, people's requirement for quality of life are increasing. So the construction of Roadside Greenbelt has been paied more and more attention. And the construction of Roadside Geenbelt is affected by the mountainous topography. On the one hand, the general practice for Roadside Greenbelt city can not reflect the characteristics of mountain, and even of lost. On the other hand, the small mountain city space limits the shape and function of roadside green space. Therefore, the author has strived to summarize the design principles and measures that applied to roadside greenbelt, through analysis and research. Strengthens the rationality and the compatibility for the roadside greenbelt,Improve the overall quality of urban in the mountain,and reflect local characteristics.This abstract follows the logical deduction process that is the"raise the problem-analysis of the problem-to solve the problem"to the framework the full text.Article is divided into five chapters. they are Introduction, Characteristics of Urban Green in the mountain, Case studies, The design principles and measures of Roaside Greenbelt in the mountain, Conclusion.The first chapter "Introduction" is "questions" section.It introduces the importance of Roaside Greenbelt, urgency and necessity of study on the design of Roaside Greenbelt in mountain, and explaines the purpose and significance of the study. Meanwhile, the author has summarized the objective of the research and practice, including domestic and foreign. Finally, research method and framework have been established.The second and third chapters belong to the "analysis of the problem" section. In the second chapter,combing through the characteristics of urban green in the mountain,the author has given the theoretical basis and the focus of the study that are in order to "case studies".And the classification method is to determine.According to the different location in the mountains, roadside greenbelt is divided into three types that is "at the Peak", "patron" and "Riverside".In the third chapters, a case study is performed in Chongqing. Fieldwork and questionnaire are applied in analysis and research of regional environment, space and attention, human activities, public facilities, plants in different Roadside Greenbelts in order to summarize the success and weakness. And makingreflections and suggestions on Chongqing's Roadside Greenbelt practices.Finally, the characteristics of Roadside Greenbelt in the mountain have been proposed through the analysis and summary.The fourth chapter is "to solve the problem" section.At first,the design principles of Roaside Greenbelt in the mountain have been proposed which have used the characteristics as the basis.And then, the design measures of different Roadside Greenbelt in the mountain have been explained. They include spatial structure, entrance and boundary, public facilities and plant configuration,etc.In the fifth chapter, the author has summarizeed the main text, and reflected on the process of writing this article.
