In Financial Crisis, with the international shipbuilding industrial structure adjustment, the shipbuilding enterprises are facing a good chance of development in our country. Shipbuilding is a very complicated systematic engineering, during the modern shipbuilding mode conversion process, whether we can utilize the advanced production management techniques and methods reasonable, and find out the constraints problems of the system, then propose the corresponding improvement and optimization methods or not, is the crucial to realize the conversion implementation, and also the difficulties we meet in our country.Based on the related research results around the world, the simulation of the group technology manufacturing workshop production system in the shipbuilding enterprise are studied and analyzed in this paper. TOC (theory of constraint) and Group Technology combined with Arena simulation software are used to computer modeling and simulating of the production system. Then the shipbuilding group technology workshop production system research based on TOC is put forward. The system contents are studied in detail and its practical application in shipbuilding enterprise is analyzed in this paper.Firstly, the research and the development situation of Group Manufacturing Workshop discrete production system simulation and TOC at home and abroad are summarized. The application circumstance of Group Technology in shipbuilding enterprise is analyzed. And the features of shipbuilding enterprise group workshop discrete production system, combined with the exiting problems under the modern shipbuilding mode conversion background are described. The application of TOC theory in the production bottleneck realization, buffer area design, production and transportation batches definition are analyzed, then the main content framework of discrete production system simulation research in the shipbuilding enterprise Group Manufacturing Workshop based on TOC was proposed.Secondly, according to the system framework of simulation, this paper elaborated the crucial techniques of the study form following aspects, such as basic data collection and analysis, simulation model construction, simulation results analysis and evaluation. In data collection process, resources analysis and scene observation methods are used, and with the Input Analyzed function of Arena to determine the distribution of data. In the simulation construction process, according to the actual situation of the real system defined the information parameters of every process by the level modeling method combined with the detailed system design by using the various modules of the simulation system. In the simulation result analysis and evaluation process, this paper studied form equipment processing queue, production process time, equipment utilization ratio and production bottleneck analysis.Finally, all above theoretical results are applied in practical production system of enterprise. The studied and application on the preprocess production line in one group manufacturing workshop of CD shipbuilding enterprise are constructed, and with the simulation factors setting up, the production bottleneck and the exiting problems of the system are found out. At last, the improvement and optimization methods are proposed to enhance the production efficient of the workshop production system, and provided the guidance and support to the manager of the enterprise simultaneously. |
