Effectiveness Evaluation Research Of Ship Segmented Manufacturing Process

The construction of the large vessels is a complex production process，and thesegmented manufacture is an important part of the entire manufacturing process。With therapid development、Optimization and innovation of modern shipbuilding mode，theShipbuilding enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition at home andabroad。Modern shipping continues to increase demand in tonnage of the ship, makingshipbuilding enterprises take new higher requirements of their own sub-manufacturingcapacity。The Modern shipbuilding mode is based on segmentation manufacturing，compared with foreign countries there is a certain gap for domestic shipbuildingenterprises in the segment manufacturing process performance，and the integratedshipbuilding capacity remains to be improved。Therefore, it’s very necessary to studysub-manufacturing process to improve the performance of sub-manufacturing process，thereby enhancing the shipbuilding capacity and international competitiveness of thedomestic shipbuilding enterprises。This thesis first clarifies is the source、purpose and the significance of this issue，then take the segmented manufacturing process performance evaluation and simulationresearch based on a Ship section manufacturing example of some Dalian shipyard。Themain content of the work done in this article is：（1）Firstly this thesis do some research on the typical Ship section manufacturingprocess in modern shipbuilding mode，and analyze the development of shipbuildingmode。With its main construction processes and technology programs, research for theeffectiveness performance of the manufacturing process based of the example of Dalianshipyard，and analyze the factors that affect the performance of the manufacturingprocessing from processing performance, economic performance and time performance。Give out the corresponding performance indicators of the ship section manufacturing process，and build up the hierarchical effectiveness index system of the ship sectionmanufacturing process；（2）Secondly for the segmented manufacturing processes has a hierarchicalperformance evaluation index system of indicators, differentiated dimensionless andcomplex attribute characteristics，this thesis select the comprehensive evaluation methodbased on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and expert investigation，andcreate the basis algorithm which is based on the indicators consistency processing for theeffectiveness evaluation of the process。 After all make the establishment of thesub-manufacturing process overall performance evaluation model；（3）Lastly this thesis obtain the performance values of each performance indicator byusing Process-based simulation and fuzzy sets，in order to achieve quantitative andqualitative evaluation for the overall performance of the segmentation manufacturingprocess。Identify the bottlenecks of the segments manufacturing process’ performance byanalyzing the overall performance evaluation results, and finally through the performanceoptimizing process of the bottlenecks, thus improving and optimizing the overallperformance of the Ship section manufacturing process。...
