Study Of Modern Adaptative Update Of Historical And Cultural Streets In The City Zone Of Chongqing

As a significant vector of the urban cutltre ,Historical and Cultural Streets of Chongqing reflects the diverse urban culture such as the culture of Bayu, the culture of Moutains,and the culture of docks.Protecting these streets is to protect the foundation of the urban culture. However, with the rapid development of the process of urbanization in Chongqing, the people's way of life in the Historical and Cultural Streets of Chongqing has taken great changes. Because of the inherent growth patterns, the Historical and Cultural Streets of Chongqing become the obstacle in the way of people's pursuiting of morden life.Taking an overview of the evolution of urban development,we can find the root of the problems. With the advance of the urbanization process Historical and Cultural Streets of Chongqing, as a part of the city has established a dynamic equilibrium of the adaptive mechanisms with the changing external environment. However, during the period of rapid urbanization, the external environment upheaval spawned physical, social, economic and other aspects of the new demand of neighborhood residents. Existing neighborhoods can not meet the population's growing demand for multi-level contemporary and shows "inappropriate" phenomenon. This demand for traditional forms and modern conflicts in Chongqing City in the neighborhood is more evident in the expression. To block the protection of Historical and Cultural Streets of Chongqing for the premise, the focus of this paper is how to put the adaptive elements into implantation, to meet neighborhood residents'requirements of modern life. In the new situation of modern methods and strategies to update research on the neighborhood development and urban construction have important research and practical guidance.The first part is on the Research Framework and research Reorganizing the status , including the first chapter, Chapter II .The first chapter discusses the research background of this issue, significance, concepts and study the framework of the system;The second chapter is the theory part of the paper, analysis of the international protection of historical and cultural features of the concept of development, urban renewal and development of the theory of evolution to explore and update the practice of modernization in the response to the demand of the corresponding measures of the sort.The third part is the core of this article, including Chapter IV, V, VI. Chapter IV clear the basis for modern adaptive updates, content, objectives and principles, trying to build modern adaptive update methodology. Chapter V makes investigattion and analysis of the different levels of demand of the neighborhood residents , combined with the requirements of historic preservation district, made the corresponding updates on planning strategies, including housing demand, supply and demand, travel demand, communication needs, cultural needs, industry needs a strategy to six areas.Meanwhile, under the guidance of the planning strategy, combined with the practical issues the corresponding update measures to level with the guidance in practice.Chapter VI of the thesis put forward the empirical research on the methods and strategies in order to verify the feasibility of the proposed method and the update strategy of universal applicability by block system in this paper taking Chongqing Ciqikou as an example. The fourth part is the article's conclusion, including Chapter VII. presents a summary view of the paper, the proposed study in the lack of study and prospects the follow-up studies.
