| Although the protection of historical and cultural heritage has been recognized by people for a long time,it still faces a series of problems in the process of conservation planning and Practice.How to balance the town cultural historical and cultural heritage protection and economic development,taking into account the functional requirements of the protection of cultural heritage and contemporary residents growing.How to protect the renewal mode will not hinder development,but also to ensure the vitality of the cultural heritage of ancient town.Under the new normal practice to promote the protection of the face of lack of funds should encourage the introduction of private capital.What is the deep dynamic mechanism of sustainable development in the practice of sustainable development?Thinking about these problems,the author attempts to provide some possibilities for the solution based on the previous research carried out some research on seeking new perspective for the protection of updating of the historical and cultural town.And the selection of research on the protection of historical and cultural towns update mechanism from the perspective of cultural capital,attempts to study the internal mechanism of cultural capital into the search and find ways and methods of historical and cultural towns protection update implementation.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part of the renewal of cultural capital as protection of historical and cultural towns selected and related solutions;The second part is the construction of the theoretical analysis framework and the exploration of the planning model and strategy.Including the protection of historical and cultural towns that update nature is constantly activated,the creation and accumulation of cultural capital,and pointed out that in the view of cultural capital,cultural capital is the dynamic mechanism of protective renovation practice,and puts forward some capital investment is a necessary condition to achieve the integration of cultural resources.Study on the above three aspects of the theory will be the theoretical basis of this study,and then discusses the history and culture of the town of cultural capital(protection update)to achieve the path;Through the analysis of the realistic capital environment,that in the current market economy condition,historical and cultural towns and the introduction of private capital is the town of cultural capital is feasible and necessary way.On this basis,this paper further expounds the relationship between cultural capital and private capital,and at the same time,combined with the actual research results of the research area,this paper discusses the existing problems,underlying reasons and methods of introducing private capital into the ancient town.The next key for the current research problems,explored in the view of cultural capital,the update of the protection mode of the introduction of private capital to Yogi Town,specifically from the difference of development,value evaluation,pluralistic coexistence property and hierarchical management of four aspects of protection update mode,and try to explore the basis of the traditional protection planning more for path planning practice and effectiveness,in order to activate the private capital into the power at the same time through the planning and management means to define the introduction of private capital into the category of private capital value guidance,so as to promote the cultural capital of the process to achieve a virtuous cycle of town sustainable development;The third part is empirical study.Yongxi of Chongqing as the research object the introduction of private capital into the protection of historical and cultural town renewal planning practice,focus on the ancient town resources,Yong Xi the current problems and difficulties.Combined with the theoretical analysis framework from the difference of development,value assessment,property rights and property right under the multi layered elastic management four aspects of the planning and practice of protective renovation,formed a series of planning technology and policy research,provides the instructive basis and action plan for space practice.The fourth part is the conclusion and deficiency of the research. |
