With the development of construction technology, high-strength concrete has extensive application in high-rise building. In the bottom of high-rise buildings, due to employing high-strength concrete columns and shear wall in resisting vertical load and horizontal load, it not only helps construction, but also saves space, while the same thickness of the shear wall, it accelerates construction schedule because of unified template on upper and lower floor. As the main lateral resisting member in high-rise building, the anti-seismic performance of high-strength concrete shear wall exerts a tremendous influence over structure. Experimental investigation result make it clear that in terms of the common concrete shear wall, by means of appropriately installing the steel (additionally installing the steel bracing, forming the concrete shear wall with steel truss etc.), to form a kind of lateral resisting member-high-strength concrete shear wall which has better seismic performance. It can enlighten us about the events that it explores the seismic performance of the steel reinforced high-strength concrete (SRHC) shear wall which combines steel with high-strength concrete shear wall.By the experimental research on four SRHC mid-rise shear wall under low cyclic reversed lateral load, failure patterns, hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductile coefficients, energy dissipation, strength degeneration, stress and strain distribution steel by different steel content in boundary component are obtained. Otherwise, based on the experimental results, the reduced computational formula of the elastic stiffness in SRHC mid-rise shear wall is got, Then under the "Technical Specification for Steel Reinforced Concrete Structures" (JGJ 138-2001), the article establishes the load capacity of model and the theoretical formula, compares with the experimental and calculated values, Finally, the deformation characteristic of shear walls is discussed.
