Rapid economy development accelerated the process of urbanization in China,which brought a lot of urban problems ,and the traffic is the most serious one .For its large transport capacity,less pollution,less occupation of land, a s well as safety, high speed,comfortableness,punctuality etc, rail transportation plays a more and more important role in the modern urban transportation.Bogie is one of the most important components of monorail transportation vehicle, which bears the body weight directly, and also is main power actuators. Some parameters of the bogie determine the stability and comfort of vehicles directly. And there is no mature technologies and product for bogie maintenance. It is a good theoretical and practical value to develop the Bogie-test band and the corresponding technology as China plans to promote rail transportation today.In reference to the theory of the automobile-test devices, use the method of the inertial-type test bench program based on the additional mass turn to the additional inertial. The rollers'inertial are changed by installing the additional mass.So we can compete the no-load braking test by the bogie's no-load test tend. After computing the datas in the no-load braking test, through the theoretical analysis, to obtaine the braking force, the braking distance, the braking time, the braking parameters formulas under the single-track bogie brake force at any load.And on this basis, analyse the experiments principles and design the corresponding electrical control systems of the air spring static stiffness test, the no-load running test, and the running load test. To simulate the control systems in the MATLAB-Simulink environment, and obtaine the PID controller's control parameters.Finally, with totally understanding of measurement task and method, the test-control hardware system was designed, including schematics of electrical systems,PLC system, and the main components of the system were selected. Then, with GX developer ver8 and Visval Basic 6.0, design the works of the PLC program and PC program, basically complete to design and develop the bogie no-load test band's electrical control system.
