With the rapid development of the world economy and the concentration of urbanization, traffic jam is getting more and more serious. Development of rail transit is one of the effective ways to solve these problems. Straddle-type monorail routes have these advantages, such as less space located, large slope area, small curvature guage operation, low project cost, less air pollution, etc., have been accepted by many cities. Monorail vehicle bogie is one of the most important components, which supports for vehicle body and walks along the track for the vehicle, to make sure the safety and reliable monorail transit operation, the bogie must be implemented regularly comprehensive maintenance and repair, however domestic organization has not currently owned this equipment yet. Based on this situation, the paper studies the straddle monorail bogie comprehensive test platform design and analyzes relevant test procedures.To begin with, this paper introduces the development situation of urban rail transit in domestic and abroad, analyzes the characteristics of straddle-type monorail transportation, then putting forward the necessity of monorail bogie comprehensive test platform, furthermore we discuss the purpose, significance and contents of this research.This thesis shows that the project development requirements and technical conditions, moreover, the introduction and analysis of related knowledge on straddle-type monorail vehicle bogie. On the basis of analysis of the main component parts, the study implements the structure design of every part. The study completes the design of walking and driving device, LongMen loading device, base and sending device, bearing slider, longitudinal stopping device, compressed air circuit system, hydraulic system, Measurement and control system. Applied for three-dimensional software Pro/E, the study establishes three-dimensional parts and assembly drawing, and completes the visualization design.In bear load calculation, the study calculates hydraulic motor power of walking and driving device, and applies the ANSYS finite element analysis software to LongMen loading beam and bearing slider of equivalent stress, deformation and safety coefficient of checking and computing,results show that meet the design requirements. This study, based on the sufficient research on the process and technology of bogie maintenance detection, formulates the test flows on bogie load test, braking test, no-load test, air spring test, whereas completes the bogie maintenance detection process and operation regulations.Finally the paper makes the conclusion.
