The straddle type rail transit is a typical type of urban rail transit.It has the characteristics of less land occupation,strong climbing ability,small vibration noise,small turming radius,low cost,good safety and comfortable ride.The current Chongqing rail transit vehicles are suitable for large-capacity urban use.In order to adapt to the small and medium-sized transport market in small and medium-sized cities,the research team proposed a general design scheme for straddle-type rail vehicles based on articulated bogies.This paper focuses on the dynamic performance of the articulated monorail train in this scheme.The main research contents and achievements include:1.Based on the study of the bogie structure of Chongqing straddle rail transit vehicle,the structural characteristics of the articulated bogie are analyzed.2.Analyze the structure types of the existing articulated bogies,study the working principle of different structures,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the articulated bogies,and then summarize them.Combining the unique operating mechanism of straddle-type rail vehicles,the feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of using articulated bogies with different structures to straddle-type rail vehicles are analyzed.Combined with the coupling of straddle-type rail vehicles on the track beam,a suitable hinge structure is designed and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.3.The measured test was carried out on the single-group vehicles of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3,and the vehicle was modeled and dynamically simulated,and the vibration frequencies of the two were compared to verify the dynamic performance analysis using dynamic modeling simulation.feasibility.The dynamics modeling of the articulated monorail train was carried out.The train topological relationship structure model was established,the train modeling and orbit modeling were analyzed,and the multi-body dynamics software MD ADAMS was applied to establish the train dynamics simulation model of the three-car four bogies.4.The dynamic analysis of the articulated monorail train was carried out.The research puts forward the dynamic evaluation index of the articulated monorail train,and analyzes the curve performance,running stability and operational stability of the articulated monorail train,which lays a foundation for the practical application of the monorail train.5.The design and optimization of dynamic parameters of articulated monorail trains are carried out.The kinetic parameters affecting the train curve passing performance are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the passage of the curve are selected.The vertical force of the running wheel and the radial force of the guiding wheel are taken as the target,and the vehicle overturning coefficient and anti-derailment are used as constraints.The multi-body dynamics software and related evaluation criteria are combined to calculate the simulation method,and the kinetic parameters are optimized to obtain a set of better kinetic parameters.The analysis results show that the articulated monorail train designed in this paper has good curve passing performance,running stability and running stability.
