| While world economics expands rapidly and the human culture progresses unceasingly, it has also brought the complex urban synthesis problems, the municipal transportation problem is day by day serious. The efficient path to solve that is the urban track transportation. Firstly, the development survey of the urban track transportation in the domestic and foreign was introduced in this article, and the characteristic of straddle type monorail transportation has been analyzed, then the necessity of developing the straddle type monorail bogie combined test platform and the purpose and the significance of writing this dissertation were presented.The application of the straddle type monorail transportation service pattern only just started in our country, many problems need us to explore and solve, the bogie is the most important and complex system in the straddle type monorail system, the reliable safeguard is to service and maintenance the bogie correctly and effectively, therefore the bogie combined test process and research operating condition must be in advance. This is primary content of second chapter in this dissertation.The combined test platform for bogie of straddle type monorail belongs to the complex mechanical electronic hydraulic barometric integrated product; the dissertation applies viewpoint of system, and carries on more detailed analysis to the function of the test platform. After the comparison of the specific schema for each functional requirements and weighing the advantages and disadvantages of the various schemes, we proposed the final systems synthesis design, and has carried on the detailed computation and analysis, the function request has been sufficed for.On base of functional analysis, from the main composition of the test platform, the various sub-system structures are designed, designs of the foundation, the loading slide table and feeding device, the driving or damping unit, the guide wheel and stable wheel pre-compression and running-in unit, the longitudinal stopping device, the Dragon Gate loading unit and so on has been completed. Applying the computer-aided design, the three dimensional entity modeling and the virtual assembly are carried out, the visualization, the parameterization design has been completed, and the three-dimensional model effect chart has been given.After researching the external force of bogie and linking three dimensional modeling in structural design, the oil motor offering to the driving or damping unit was completed and selected, the finite element analysis was applied, distortion of the components and safety coefficient for the Dragon Gate load crossbeam and the load sliding table was computed, the conclusion of sufficing for the design requirements was drawn.The final part is the conclusion of this dissertation. |
