Ballastless track supporting bed is the intermediate layer which located between ballastless track slab and surface of subgrade bed, its construction quality directly impact the installation accuracy of ballastless track sleeper, thereby affecting the ride-performance and comfort, so it is necessary to control the construction quality and construction technology of the supporting bed strictly. At the same time, the economical efficiency of the construction should also be considered into.At present, there are two form of construction about the hydraulicity concrete supporting bed:Slip Form Paver and Manual mode. On the basis of the investigation at the construction site, papers analyzed the construction quality and cost of the high-speed railway ballastless track hydraulicity concrete supporting bed.After analysis the cost of two construction methods, according to the construction technology of two kinds of construction methods, choose construction equipments and personnel reasonably. Then select the same quantity of works, compare the two kinds of construction methods from human, materials, machine costs respectively, and analyze the cost of the two methods of construction.The construction quality of the two construction methods about supporting bed is analyzed. Different construction methods inevitably lead to the different construction quality, so we should analyze the construction quality of the two construction methods through the compressive strength, flexural strength, smoothness, density, midline location, width, top elevation and other indicators achieved after construction.Conduct a comprehensive evaluation about the two construction methods of the supporting bed. Select 2~3 representative sites, understand cost structure, then evaluate the two construction methods through construction cost, construction quality, construction speed, safety, ease of construction, matching follow-up, labor intensity.Costs of Slip form paving equipment is larger, while China's current level requirements about paving quality of the supporting bed are lower, so the current construction is primarily Manual mode. The analysis through the smoothness index, the top elevation, compressive strength, flexural strength, density and shrinkage rate showed that the construction quality of Slip Form Paving is higher than Manual mode. Comprehensive analysis about slip form construction from the direct benefits, efficiency of time limit for a project quality and quality efficiency proved that sliding Paving has obviously overall performance. Therefore, there is much room to improve the slip form construction technology of supporting bed in China.Many papers analyzed the construction quality and cost of the high-speed railway ballastless track hydraulicity concrete supporting bed. The results of these researches provide reference value to the reasonable choice of construction method, and provide reference value to the control of quality and cost of the construction process.
