High-speed railway has characteristics of large capacity, fast, high transport efficiency, lower transport costs and high safety coefficient, occupies obvious advantages on resources and environment sustainable development strategy, and becomes more and more important in the position in economic and social development. Constructing high-speed railway and implementing the separation of passenger and cargo can not only shortening the space-time distance along the urban, improving the quality of passenger transport service and facilitating passenger travel greatly, but also improving the comprehensive transportation system, releasing the ability of existing railways and effectively alleviating tensions in freight capacity, has the extremely important significance in achieving fast and good economic development in our country and promoting regional economic development. In the process of continuous development of high-speed railway, the ballastless track, which has stable structure and simple maintenance, gradually becomes a major trend of high-speed railway construction. This paper sets CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track as the research object, studies its construction quality management system systematically, puts forward reasonable quality targets and function allocation methods, makes effective quality management system and reliable quality control measures, and determines the scientific quality evaluation system. The main research contents of this article are as follows:1. Analysis of the influence factors and key link of construction quality in high speed railway CRTS II slab ballastless trackBased on the research of the whole process of high-speed rail CRTS II slab track construction, combining mechanism analysis of common diseases in operation period, comprehensively using fault tree analysis, statistical analysis and cause-effect graphing analysis, identifying the key factors affecting the CRTS Ⅱ slab track construction quality, determining eight key links affecting construction quality in high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track:settlement deformation of structures, precision control measure, beam surface polishing, base plate construction, fine adjustment of track slab, cement emulsified asphalt mortar perfusion and longitudinal connecting of the track slab.2. Studies of construction quality control in high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless trackFurther study the construction quality control in high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track, determines the construction control target of ballastless track, proposes quality control mode in high speed railway track based on supply chain and system engineering concept of construction quality control whose main content is system engineering, improving process control precision and attaching great importance to maintain. For the critical control link of CRTS II slab track construction, setting up specific construction quality guarantee measures of high speed railway ballastless track from the aspect of system, organization, human resources, material and machinery equipment and quality supervision, etc.3. Establishing evaluation index system of quality management of high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless trackBased on the principle of scientific, comprehensive, systematic, representative, comparability, convenience and growth, establishing scientific evaluation index system of quality management of high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track, introducing various methods of evaluating high speed railway construction quality, and carefully analyzing the extension comprehensive evaluation model based on multiple indicators.4. Empirical research of Construction Quality Management of high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track of passenger dedicated lineSetting CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track of SW passenger dedicated line as the object for empirical research, thoroughly analyzes the ballastless track quality planning, determines the ballastless track construction quality policies and objectives, decomposes the construction phase quality target and defines the functions of cooperated-building parties, clears key process and elements of the formation of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track quality of SW passenger dedicated line, analyzes construction quality control of slab ballastless track and determines some advanced ideas and methods used in construction control management of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track of SW passenger dedicated line.
