This thesis is the secondary development of "the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure and flow control-system laboratory table " in the Chang'an University Mechatronics Laboratory, building a good platform for the experiments of the pump controlled motor system which bases on the conventional testing of hydraulic components.First we do a brief introduction of the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, the function and the classification of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system and the application situation of the electro-hydraulic proportional loading system.Under the purpose of this thesis and the practice,we choose the appropriate components to form a complete electro-hydraulic proportional pump-control motor experimental system in the basis of understanding all kinds of hydraulic components' performance of the laboratory table. Using the pump-control motor experimental platform, we have done the theoretical study and experimental designing of the electro-hydraulic proportional pump-control motor system's controlling performance experiment and the electro-hydraulic proportional loading system, and carried on the simulation of the pump controlled moter system as the specific controlling strategies.According to the electro-hydraulic proportional pump-control motor experimental system,we have designed the experimental scheme of the pump-control motor system controlling performance experiment,draw the relation between working pressure of the electro-hydraulic proportional pump-control motor system and the maximum allowable input signals. At the same time, we have designed the experimental scheme of the electro-hydraulic proportional loading experiment,and draw the relation between the loading pressure and the input signal of the loading control components when the system is under this loading pressure.
