Research Of Mechanical Construction Of High-grade Asphalt Pavement Quality Management System

In recent years, China's highway has rapidly developed, and the mileage has greatly increased. Moreover, the quality of road construction continuously improves with the increasing degree of mechanization. However, there is still so much early failure of pavement that it seriously affects the healthy development of China's highway. The main reasons of the failure attribute to the unqualified asphalt concrete, unscientific construction technology and not strictly construction quality control, resulting in the quality hidden. Comprehensive quality control of the whole process is an effective way to solve this problem.Based on the theory of Total Quality Management, this paper uses statistics and software engineering to research the dynamic control method of asphalt pavement's quality, which is based on strictly quality control of material and reasonable allocation of mechanical equipment to control the construction technology and construction quality. Using modern software analysis design technique, taking B/S as the software skeleton, using the C# language under the Visual Studio 2005 environment, and the ASP.NET technology, the SQL Server 2005 database development tools, has completed "the high-grade bituminous pavement mechanization construction quality control system".This system mainly includes the management of construction materials, the scheme techniques for mechanical equipment group of asphalt pavement construction, the control of construction craft and construction quality. The system realizes the entire process quality control of asphalt pavement, realizes the asphalt pavement management automation, digitization, intellectualization, and makes scientific decision-making for high-grade asphalt pavement construction. Researching the construction management system, adapts our country's high-grade Asphalt Concrete pavement, has very important theory significance and extremely broad application prospect.
