The Research Of Construction Quality Control Of An-ping Expressway Asphalt Pavement

This paper based on the problems of highway asphalt pavement in our country, such as cracking, rutting, water damage, repair bad disease, major diseases of asphalt pavement from the generation mechanism of, analysis of various disease and may influence the weight of each link, withAn-ping highway as an example, from the raw materials including(asphalt, material, filler), asphalt mixture mixing, transportation, paving and rolling, asphalt pavement construction quality control method is proposed. At the same time, the construction process of asphalt mixture uniformity of flatness and construction as an important index of construction quality control.The research shows that: 1) at lower temperature cracks of asphalt pavement by asphalt layer caused by the temperature crack, semi-rigid base crack and extends upward to the reflection crack, such as fatigue cracks under heavy traffic. 2) the water damage of asphalt pavement is a pavement in early damage(grain, pit slot, etc.) of the main causes.(3)the fundamental cause of asphalt pavement rutting is the defect of the asphalt mixture composition and the high temperature stability is bad. 3) the construction of asphalt mixture homogeneity mainly by raw material gradation, mixing, charging and transportation process, the influence of the paving process, adopts the structure uniformity of the evaluation method for the depth of road construction effect is good. 4) asphalt mixture paving and rolling operations, which is a key link in the process of controlling pavement smoothness, roller rolling works best when 40 m from paver. 5) combination of rolling machine is the main factor to guarantee the quality of compaction, the compaction temperature at the same time is a key factor in pavement compaction.
