Construction quality decided to pavement performance and service life of construction, while the status of construction equipment is an important guarantee of construction quality and construction progress. highway is developing in our country, so the use of mechanical equipment is becoming more and more frequent. Analyzing the performance of the status of construction equipment has great pertinence and practicability. It is important to ensure the construction quality and to guide the highway construction.In this paper, combined with asphalt pavement of "C hengwu" expressway project in Gansu, the mechanization of the asphalt pavement construction quality control are researched and discussed. It firstly analyses the pavement performances of bituminous stabilized broken-stone base mixture ATB-25 and also the asphalt mixture of raw materials source control. It thinks that the ATB-25 with good space embedded skeleton crowded structure can be rutting resistance and effectively restrain and reduce the pavement reflection cracking. It also designs the ATB-25 asphalt mixture gradation and oil-stone ratio.This paper analyses the major construction equipment affect construction quality?In order to guarantee the gradation of the asphalt mixture, temperature and oil- stone ratio, it should control mixing equipment and related assembly including cold material supply system of mixing equipment, vibrating screen and measurement system, such as assembly affect mixture gradation, burner and drying cylinder pressure affect the temperature of the aggregate, mixing cylinder shape, size, speed, etc will affect the ratio of mixture. Therefore it must carry on the calibration for the assembly of the state, in order to meet the requirements of asphalt mixing equipment.Secondly the problems of uneven paving are analyzed. The paving of asphalt paver speed, iron plate, vibration vibrating and spiral distributor and other influence factors are analyzed in theory. It puts forward that different surface uses different benchmark of laid method, and the improvement ofscrew method can reduce the mixture segregation in the construction process. In addition from the analysis of performance of the compaction machinery parameter and study of the influence of compaction equipment of construction equipment, through the analysis of the compaction performance parameters of the influence of vibrating compactor, then we had a reaso nable selection and control of the compaction machinery performance parameters, at last we have concluded the best rolling plan.Finally, it has an asphalt mixture, paving and compaction equipment calibration,and analyzes the factors that may influence the precision of calibration. Paper lists the data of equipment calibration, At last,it comes to the conclusion of standard quality.
